At Purify Mind and Body we do understand that buying online can be difficult and we endeavour to work with you if you are unsatisfied with your purchase on any occasion.
In the event you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect (not what you ordered) item, please contact me at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
Please choose carefully when purchasing as change of mind returns are not accepted.
In the event a refund is accepted, refunds will be given back to you, using your original payment method.
All goods must be returned in an unused and if applicable; unworn condition with their original packaging. You will be responsible for arranging the return of a product, including postage fees where necessary.
In the event of a faulty or damaged product, the product will be inspected and if a fault is confirmed, a full refund will be issued including postage for the pro-rata payment of that good. A receipt is required in order to recover postage costs associated with the return of a faulty item.
If the product is not deemed to be faulty or had been damaged by mis-use, no refunds will be issued and you will be required to cover postage costs for the return.
There is no refund on candy and lolly products due to obvious health and safety standards and regulations. We cannot accept change of mind either on food products.
